Prior to joining First Choice Brokerage, Bethany was a licensed Insurance Agent managing a full book of business across both Life and Property & Casualty lines.  She specialized in consultative client planning, advising individuals and families on coverage strategies designed to protect assets, manage risk, and support long-term financial stability.  Her experience structuring life insurance solutions and servicing P&C portfolios provided her with a strong understanding of client needs, underwriting considerations, and risk assessment.

At First Choice Brokerage, Bethany serves as a Case Management Specialist, overseeing cases from submission through placement while also supporting strategic case design.  She collaborates closely with agents and carrier partners to ensure efficient processing, thoughtful product positioning, and proactive communication throughout the underwriting lifecycle.  Her combined background in sales and operations allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline workflows, and contribute to consistent, high-quality outcomes for agents and their clients.

Bethany lives in St. Augustine, Florida with her husband, Adam, and their two children, Josie and Lincoln.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Flagler College and currently holds her Florida 2-20 General Lines License and 2-14 Life and Annuities License.
