Spencer Truesdell brings a diverse background in operations coordination, project management, and client relations within both the financial services and youth sports sectors. With experience ranging from managing operational logistics at Union Sports Arena to serving as a coach and team systems strategist at Westfield High School, Spencer has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. He also completed a contract role at BASF, a Fortune 500 chemical company, where he contributed to international supply chain operations.

Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics from Quinnipiac University, and holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute. His academic and professional experience is complemented by hands-on work with polling data at the Quinnipiac Polling Institute and market research in commodities at SCS Commodities Corp. He is skilled in a wide range of tools and platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and Asana.

A New Jersey native, Spencer is passionate about teamwork, mentorship, and continuous improvement in youth and his community—values he brings to every role, whether in a business or athletic environment. He currently resides in Hoboken and remains active in community-focused initiatives, drawing on a career that bridges strategic planning, data analysis, and relationship management across multiple industries.
